    REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY


A written request to the Administrator (admin@richmondgirlssoccer.com) is required for the return of registration fees.  Included in the written correspondence, a member must include the players name, mailing address, name for the cheque, age level, team name and purpose of the withdrawal. 

 It is a club policy that refunds will only be given under extenuating circumstances.  Return of registration fee will be contingent on the following: 

~ 50 dollar administrator fee if registration is cancelled after September 1st

~ prorated amount based on portion of season elapsed 

~ deduction of unrecoverable costs (affiliation fees, bc soccer fees, id cards)

~ a doctors note may be requested.

~ no refunds will be provided for cancellations after October 14th 

Special programming registration will not be refunded (Monday Night Academy, preseason training, goal keeping)

Any player not placed on a team due to age group(s) being full and is wait listed will receive a full refund. 

All refunds will be in the form of a cheque and may take between 2-4 weeks to process from the initial request and once it has been approved by the RGSA Board.
