Richmond Girls Soccer U7- U18 Spring Programming
RGSA Spring 2018 Academy (non travel)
The RGSA Spring non travel Academy offers specialized training by our qualified professional coaches in a positive, encouraging and age appropriate environment. Players will be focusing on developing both their individual technical skills along with their team skills that can be practised during a game setting. Players who enrol in the travel program will be placed in training groups based on age and in accordance to long term player development. Players may be moved up an age level on the recommendation of the TD staff and volunteer coaches.

NEW Option for the Non Travel Players
This year, the RGSA is hoping to offer non travel teams the opportunity to play in an eight (8) week spring league where teams will play other like minded teams throughout the lower mainland. This new league will have 4 home games that will be played at Boyd on Sundays with a set schedule and 4 away games against other associations. There will be no games on the May long weekend.
We encourage all players to wear the RGSA black training jerseys, black shorts and black socks, all of which can be purchased through Soccer Link. For those players who will be participating in the Cascadia League, we will be providing loaner kits that will need to be returned at the end of the season.
The RGSA will be offering all members the opportunity to register
early and receive an early bird rate.
To qualify, your registration must be completed fully by Monday February 13th 2017 ( this includes payment)
In order to finalize all the training groups, registration will close on February 27th.
Some teams and players may play at a higher level than their age ( ie a 2006 player may be asked to play at the 2005 level) and this is at the full discretion of the TD Coaches along side the team volunteer coaches.
The RGSA reserves the right to cancel session based on poor weather conditions and any other situations which would lead to unsafe training environments. As mentioned previously, the RGSA reserves the right to change training times based on enrolment numbers at any age group.
There will be no refunds after the first session.
